I built this experience to help health system executives quickly assess the revenue potential of launching white-labeled Concierge Care memberships through Amenities Health. By entering their organization’s domain, individuals received a personalized estimate of the recurring revenue they could generate from monthly patient memberships and increased in-network utilization.


Powered by US Census population data and a calculation model developed in collaboration with Amenities’ CEO and sales leadership, the estimator offered a fast, low-lift way to evaluate new revenue opportunities without needing support from internal data teams.


Results were shown instantly within the experience and delivered via email, along with a strategic brief outlining the market opportunity, key revenue drivers, and a clear call-to-action to schedule a no-obligation session with the sales team to refine projections and explore ROI in more detail. Qualified users were automatically entered into HubSpot nurture and tracking flows, enabling smarter segmentation based on interest and triggering sales notifications enhanced with AI-enriched company and engagement insights.


The tool was promoted through targeted ads and warm outreach and was also supported by a premium version of the estimator guide - used in one-on-one conversations with executives to drive deeper engagement and strategic buy-in.
